THE WORD OF GOD

Golden text: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" (2 Timothy 3.16,17)

Why should we study the Word?
1) We must study the Word to shew ourselves approved unto God as a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2.15

What the Word makes with our soul?
1) The Word makes us to be wise. 2 Timothy 3.15
2) the Word Cleans one, Washes, Purifies. Jo 15.3;Ephesian 5.26
3) the Word investigates the intentions of our heart. Hebrew 4.12
4) the Word makes us be poured out of the Spirit of God. Hosea 6.3
5) the Word makes us be prosperous. Psalms 1.1-3; Joshua 1,7.8
6) the Word feeds us because it is:
a) Milk. Hebrew 5.12-14
b) Bread. Jonh 6.48-59
c) Honey Psalms 199.103
d) Is the food itself. Mathew 4.4
7) The Word of God burns our flesh because it is fire. Jeremiah 23.29
8) the Word of God breaks the hearts because it is as hammer unit that breaks the rock in pieces. Jeremiah 23.29
9) the Word regenerates us. 1 Peter 1.23
10) The Word enables us to the fight against the principalities and the powers because it is:
a) the sword of the Spirit. Ephesian 6.17
b) the shield. Proverbs 30.5

11) The Word gives firmness to us. Luke 8.21;11.28
12) The Word purifies(cleans) our way. Psalms 119.9
13) The Word does not let us sin against God. Psalms 119.11
14) The Word illuminates our way, making us in such a way to see the things that are occult, inside of us, as the obstacles that are to ours around. Psalms 119.105
15) The Word perfects the love of God inside us. 1 John 2.5

The Word that Saves

1) The Word is the Seed that sprouts in the heart for the salvation. Luke 8.11;Mark 4.14
2) the Word enable us for salvation. Luke 5.24; Romans 1.16
3) the Word enters only in those who believe in Jesus. John 5.38
4) the Word give us Eternal Life. John 5.39;6.68
5) the Word makes us to be disciples of Jesus. John 8.31
6) the Word Frees. John 8.32
7) the Word gives us faith. Romans 10.17
8) the Word is the Truth. John 17.17

The Word and the Existence
1) The Word of God is not far, it is to our reach. Deuteronomy 30.14
2) By the Word everything was created and firmed. Psalms 33.6; 2 Peter 3.5-7
3) Jesus is the Verb that was made flesh. John 1.14, qv John 1.1-14;
4) Love will not finish. The Word of God also will remain forever. Isaiah 40.8; Mathews 24.35; Mark 13.31; Luke 21.33
5) The Word will judge the man in the final judgment. John12.47,48

Attributes of the Word
1) The Word of God is Faithful. 1 Timothy 4.9; Titus 1.9
2) the Word of God is right. Psalms 33.4
3) the Word is pure. Proverbs 30.5
4) the Word runs quickly. Psalms 147.15

Promises of God on the Word
1) The Word not empty rollback. Isaiah 55.11
2) God hastens His Word to perform it. Jeremy 1.12

Duties upon the Word
1) The Word must inhabit in us. Colossia 3.16
2) The Word must be preached ALL time, in season and out of season. 2 Timothy 4.2
3) The Word does not have to be blasphemed, never. Titus2.5
4) We must be doers of the Word. James1.22
5) We must know it, because those who do not know the Word nor the Power of God, err. Mark 12.24
